From test optional to online learning, the whole college search, application, and enrollment process has changed for applicants and schools in 2020.

When the Chronicle of Higher Education recently interviewed Pearson’s Joe Morgan, vice president of university partnerships, they asked about the impacts of these changes. He shared his insights on how colleges can find opportunities from the disruptions in higher education.

As Chief Marketing Officer, SVP of Strategy for Kaplan and Founder/CEO of Colloquy (wholly owned by the Washington Post Company), Joe was an innovator in online education, creating a technology and marketing platform for leading non-profit universities and publishers to deliver online education and content. Earlier in his career, Joe was President of the fastest growing company in restaurant/retailing with over 2,100 locations operating in 13 countries.
