How are some of the biggest organizations around the world improving profitability? By implementing a more gender-balanced corporate culture. Neuroscience studies over the past 20-30 years have shown how men and women are physiologically different. Social scientists and other research groups have helped show the positive aspects of valuing these differences in the workplace and other facets of society. Barbara Annis, founding partner of the Gender Intelligence Group (GIG), has been exploring this new understanding of gender intelligence for the past 27 years.
