State of the Schools address outlines plans to “right-size” Huntsville’s school system

A year in review for Huntsville City Schools; Superintendent Casey Wardynski delivered the State of the Schools Address Tuesday. 2012-2013 was a big year of “firsts” for the Huntsville City School System, and parents were able to hear a condensed version of it, in an hour long address at Columbia High School. This school year the system made the switch to all-digital curriculum. It was also the first year Huntsville City Schools has earned system wide district accreditation. Huntsville is the first digital district in the nation to receive that accreditation.
