Pearson VUE, a global leader in computer-based testing, operates a network of test centers in 162 countries and is part of Pearson plc, the world's leading education company. Through its relationship with Pearson VUE, Fortinet can now offer channel partners and customers worldwide greater ease, convenience and standardization in gaining certification to manage Fortinet's FortiGate® integrated multi-threat security appliances.

Fortinet Certification Programs are based on a comprehensive suite of professional technical training courses available to users and resellers at one of Fortinet's Authorized Training Centers (ATC). Two new additions to Fortinet's training program:

• The "FortiDB” course, a workshop designed to provide the skills necessary to implement Fortinet's new database security solution. The FortiDB and FortiMail courses will be followed later in 2009 with certification assessment exams to validate the skills and knowledge of individuals installing and configuring these products.
