Nursing & Allied Health
Providing students with help from expert health educators
Smarthinking’s tutors work through nursing and allied health problems and NCLEX prep with students online, using a virtual whiteboard. Students can schedule an appointment in advance or request a drop-in session. Students can also submit questions offline anytime, and a tutor will respond within 24 hours.
A variety of subjects—from basic to advanced
Tutors are available to help with the following topics in Nursing:
- Health Administration
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
Personalized feedback for improved writing
Students can also submit their writing for a detailed, nursing content-specific Writing Review. Our tutors review writing in a variety of formats—paragraphs, essays, cover letters, or resumes—and provide comments. Nursing-specific content review is also available for any assignment.
Each review contains comments embedded in the writing sample along with a detailed response form with personalized feedback on strengths and areas for improvement and a summary of next steps to improve the writing.
