Improving students’ Microsoft® Office skills

Smarthinking’s tutors work with students online, using a virtual whiteboard, to help them understand the functionality of Windows and the most popular Microsoft Office applications. Students can schedule an appointment in advance or request a drop-in session. Or they can also submit a question offline anytime, and a tutor will respond within 24 hours.

Smarthinking tutors help students work through their problem using guiding and modeling, so they can move past IT barriers and complete their assignments. Tutors provide understanding, not answers.
